PPKJB will organise free community talks on topics which are relevant and beneficial to the community.
From time to time, such talks on Understanding Wills : Why and How; health talks on Pain and Posture, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Managing Finance have drawn much interest.
Besides financial challenges, one issue which is common in the community these days are related to family problems. As such, PPKJB conducts a 5 weekly Parenting course for parents to understand their children better and to learn techniques to help the improve their relationships with their children. This course is based on a video series, developed by Nicky and Sila Lee. The course is facilitated by our volunteers who are parents themselves who will share their real-life practical experiences.
